Roommate Harmony is a website that wants to help roommates get along. They’ve got a blog and they’ve got a small shop of products that are intended to help roommates get along more easily. I received a sample package to review and here were my thoughts.
The Sticky Bulletin Board
At first I did not know what this was, I thought it was a white board! Only when my dry-erase markers didn’t work did I realize that I was writing on the film overlay that came off to reveal the true sticky exterior. It does make hanging things on my closet easier, but I don’t know how often I’ll actually use it.
The Chore Board
This seems really useful for an apartment. I’d highly recommend it for those who are living with multiple people and haven’t yet figured out a working chore schedule! It’s also magnetic, so it’s easy to hang up on a fridge. GREAT BUY!
The Named Stickers
I think the stickers are cute. I like the fact that my name is on the stickers and the different pictures. My only concern is that I will run out of these pretty quickly!
The Weekly Planner
I think this is a great idea. Having a to-do-list notepad that can sit on your desk is excellent for time-management. For college students the spaces might be a little small to write down everything you need, but it could be used for big things like doctor’s appointments or exams. GREAT BUY!
I really appreciated being asked to review these products. My experience in dealing with the person in charge of the website, Chad Jarrah, has been great. I think this website is definitely worth checking out to see if the products and the advice is for you!
